About the USS Magellan

Amid this fragile peace, Starfleet looks once again to the stars. Exploration — the very heart of its mission — has returned to the forefront. To carry that vision forward, a new class of ship has been commissioned: the Ross-class explorer, designed to balance diplomacy, scientific discovery, and defensive capability.
At the vanguard of this renewed era is the USS Magellan, NCC-75308. Bearing the name of a legendary Earth navigator, the Magellan is both the first ship of Concordia Fleet and its flagship, a symbol of hope and a promise of unity. Her mandate is clear: to seek out the unknown, to strengthen bonds across the quadrant, and to remind the galaxy what the Federation stands for.
For her crew, this is more than just another assignment. It is a chance to write the next chapter in Starfleet’s legacy — one built not on war, but on discovery, diplomacy, and the courage to go beyond the horizon.

From your very first post, you’ll step into the boots of a Starfleet officer — shaping their personality, choices, and relationships — while helping to tell the larger story of the Magellan’s voyages. Both styles (and everything in between) are welcome: the only real rule is to have fun and work together to build a living, breathing Star Trek narrative.

What is Play-By-Post?
Play-by-post (often shortened to “PbP”) is the heart of our game. You create a character — a Starfleet officer or crew member aboard the Magellan — and then collaborate with others to write the ship’s adventures, one scene at a time. Posts can be as short or as detailed as you like. Over time, these posts become the bones of an ongoing “episode” of Star Trek written by the crew themselves.
Our weekly live missions add an extra layer, allowing players to experience the thrill of making decisions and moving the story forward together in real time.
